What we typically look for
- Experience supporting leaders and employee populations as an HRBP or HR Generalist
- Strong employee relations and performance-management experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance and organizational practices
- Ability to coach managers and communicate with employees at all levels
- HRIS experience and relevant HR certification are a plus
