What you’ll do
- Own searches from kickoff through placement
- Source and engage passive candidates across technology and professional roles
- Screen for skill, fit and long-term alignment
- Partner closely with our business development team on priority searches
- Keep candidate communication fast, clear and professional

- Staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, accountable and responsive
- Someone who values quality over resume volume

We’re a small, experienced team based in Tampa Bay. The role is remote, with occasional local meetups and team time as needed.
